Hershey's Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Blossom Cookies

These cookies are delicious and so super
perfect for this time of year. They are like
taking a bite out of Autumn.

Have you seen these????? Oh..... yum!!!

Hershey's Pumpkin Spice Kisses......! Ooooh!!
They can be hard to find. I did spot them at Target and Candy.com
sells them too.

The batter recipe can be found on the Hershey's  website.
OR follow the instructions below.  ;)

Hershey's Chocolate Blossom Cookies

1 cup butter softened, I use unsalted.
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Hershey's Coco
Course sanding sugar
Bag of Pumpkin Spice Hershey's Kisses

This recipe makes about 4 dozen cookies.

Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy.

Sift flour, coco and salt together. Add gradually to butter
mixture until well combine.

Cover and refrigerate dough till firm about one hour.

Preheat oven to 350.

Remove dough from refrigerator and shape into 1-1/8 inch balls.

Roll in course sanding sugar.

Place about 3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes
until set.

Remove from oven and place a kiss in center of cookie.

Transfer to a cooling rack.

This is really a delicious cookie. As the pumpkin kiss melts it
releases a spiciness into the chocolate cookie. So the whole
cookie ends up having layers of flavor.

This will probable be the extent of my Holiday
baking due to the fact my kitchen looks like this.

More on that latter......! Wish me luck.
